The wardens should not need to be informed of people exceeding the speed limit, they should know, they are out there and witness this but turn a blind eye when it suits, furthermore if the fellow member wants to vent his feelings via the website then he's more than welcome to, it is a review of what he found on site, he may not wish to approach the wardens because of previous encounters with wardens on other sites, you carry on and review sites how you see fit, it is your prerogative.

Wardens cannot be all seeing. Complaints can be made to a warden or direct to head office.
Site reviews are meant to be reviews of the site to give others an idea of what the site and local amenities are like. The behaviour of fellow members, like the weather, is not a constant factor.
The forum is the place for moans and, goodness knows, there are a lot of them.
