Good for families

Great site in a great location.

There are 2 pubs (one posh and one good value) in the village along with three convenience stores (All within 10 minutes walk of the site). There is a pub (The Tow Bar) on the Cayton bay Site (within 1 mile) which also does a Sunday carvery. There are 2 supermarkets within 2 miles (and no need to enter Scarborough to access them). The buses to Scarborough and Bridlington/Filey stop right at the gate. The Actual Cayton beach is a 15 minute walk away. You can also walk into Scarborough from the site. The site itself is well maintained with spotless amenity blocks A credit to the on-site staff. There has been building work nearby but this has now reached a stage where there is very little disturbance or noise. Definitely a site to visit if you want a civilised site near to the coast.
