Stayed for 4 nights in May , the site is wonderfully clean and perfectly maintained , pitches large and well spaced , the toilets and showers were the cleanest that we have come across and lovely and warm early in the morning. Staff very friendly , helpful and very smiley when passing which is nice. The site is within walking distance of 3 pubs , a short walk to the beach and the bus stop directly outside the site gives easy access to Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington . There are some houses being built adjacent to the site but we didn’t notice any undue noise but we were on the opposite side of the site and out most of each day. We would 100% return to this site if we were in that part of the country again.
