We have been staying on this site for 10 days. It’s a busy site with lots of comings and going’s. Good play areas for children. Set over two sites but we have stayed on the lower site with the larger pitches. Although the grass is mainly weed with a lot of prickles in it but pleased with our pitch. The toilet blocks are fantastic and what you would expect from new facilities. The only gripes are that both blocks close at the same time. So no facilities for 1.5 hours. Many complaints about this and it should be addressed. Traffic also seems to drive quite fast around the site. The wardens are always busy pottering around keeping the site tidy. Even the security guard likes to stop for a friendly chat. Great location for Filey, Scarborough and Whitby coastline. With a bus stop right outside the driveway for those that need to use it with a regular service. Short walk to the local village shop. We would happily return to this site.
