Improved site after refurbishment but ......

Good welcome and check-in by the Wardens to the Site. Paid £29.40 per night in late June for a good size pitch. Motorhome service points are well designed and easy to use. Dog walk has only one entrance and one exit point – it had more points for access before the recent refurbishment. I realise that Site maintenance is essential for grassed areas and hedges but with tractors, hedge trimmers, strimmers and leaf blowers in operation on the first three afternoons (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday) for a minimum of two hours each during our four night stay - that seemed a bit excessive. I feel there was a lost opportunity to fit plug-in TV aerial points (similar to the ones at Poolsbrook C C) to the Electrical bollards during the refurbishment when I presume much of the site had considerable disruption and fitting the Aerial points would have had minimal costs – but good benefits for the Members.

We had some guests visit for a chat and cuppa after not seeing them for 2yrs, all was going well until the lawn mower started going around, and around and around in the same area, went on for ages, finally it stopped,  only to be replaced by the petrol strimmer doing the grass in front of us, finally they left....but a hedge trimmer started up across the way...it ended eventually . Also I agree with you on the TV point missing, surely it was easy to install on the upgrade it doesn't make sense to me.
