Great little campsite extremely close to the strawberry line cycle trail, which is quite easy to ride. This trail takes you through a lovely medieval village and through to the Thatchers Cider shop (2 mins further on than the restaurant). Here you can enjoy some of the famous somerset tipple and hopefully get home in one piece. Cheddar gorge and all it's restaurants and pubs a 10 minute walk up the hill. Don't forget to get all your meat/ cheese/ Pasties/Pies/ sundries from the local butchers come deli in the small town of cheddar. It's an exceptional shop and the prices are a third of the prices in the Gorge. All the locals shop here.
