Motorhome visit

Excellent site is all I can say, 212 pitches yet every pitch had lots of space and privacy. Nice to be able to chose your pitch too. We pitched by the trees which was so peaceful. We had a little vixen visit us every day. We knew there were foxes here so this was so sweet, very friendly so used to people feeding her, I soon ran out of ham and cheese lol. We even saw one of the cubs. Lots of toilets and showers the were immaculate. Short walk up the path to catch the bus to cirencester. Tv ariel by hook up to great tv signal too. Staff very helpful and we even stayed an extra night. Very well organised too 5* from me.

Great Site

This is our 2nd visit to this site and we were lucky with glorious weather again. Peaceful location yet near enough the town to walk in. Cirencester is a lovely town with plenty to see. Will definitely be back.

Lovely peaceful site

This is our second visit to this site and it was a pleasure to return. The site team members are friendly, welcoming and helpful and the registration process is efficient / well thought out to avoid queues on arrival. Some of the hardstanding pitches require improvement and had some grass growing in them but to be fair this is partly a symptom of the very wet weather. The facilities were always immaculate during our stay and the large dog walking area is a real bonus. The Club provides a free pass on request, subject to a £10 refundable deposit, to the grounds of the lovely adjacent Bathurst Estate for walking and easy access to Cirencester. For lovers of craft beers, there is a short walk through the edge of the Estate to a micro brewery at the Old Kennels. There is also a restaurant adjacent to the brewery. The site also provides easy access to the Cotswolds villages and places of interest.

Fantastic Site and Friendly Helpful Staff

This was our third visit to the site. Previously only short visits. The site is ideal for visiting Cirencester, a beautiful Cotswold town. Accessible through the Bathurst Estate, you now need a pass to enter & exit easily arranged with the site office. Beware the gates are locked at 5pm! Pity it's not later during the summer months. Pitches are a generous size, facilities were extremely clean, the staff are very friendly and continually working to maintain the site. A special thank you to John who went above and beyond to get our TV working! One of our favourite places!

New to Motorhome

My dog and I had a great time in my new motorhome, I have never done this before. Staff are very nice and helpful. It’s absolutely spotless the staff work really hard keeping it all up together. I will be going back as soon as I can. Only negative was the college had a live band playing all night which kept me awake! Bathurst Estate is beautiful and I loved the town, good market on Friday.

Weekend away

We have been frequent visitors to the site but were disappointed at how the site has gone down hill. Lots of the gravel pitches are full of weeds and the long grass was not helpful picking up after a dog. The ladies toilets were not very clean and particularly smelly. It is a shame to see what was a well kept site slipping.

May bank holiday

We have visited this site many times over the years and enjoyed our stays We recently visited in May and booked a hard standing pitch with awning. But many of them are totally worn out with almost no gravel left on and full of moss weeds and mud and far too small for your outfit and end up having to put your awning up on mud and your vehicle. This site is desperately in need of the pitches to be refurbished and the grass areas were left very long and unkept not like other club sites we visit.

Friendly , helpful staff, immaculate facilities ,ideal location for motorhome users as near to park and town

We found the staff very cheerful , helpful and friendly . Our serviced pitch was perfectly situated amongst the trees and close enough to the toilet and shower block which was kept very clean and tidy at all times . The walk to Bathurst estate park is so convenient and a lovely place to spend time on a dry day , a great little coffee and cake caravan is a must to stop at on the way through . He loves dogs there and always supplied a biscuit to our lab ! The town is one of our favourites , lots of individual shops and an interesting antique centre . The on park Roots and Seeds cafe is exceptional for breakfast or lunch on Friday to Sundays , dog friendly too. We instantly rebooked when we got home !

Doggy Heaven

Brilliant site - can stride out with dogs directly from site via Cirencester Park & link up with footpath networks. Eateries plentiful in park: pop-ups on site; or in Cirencester. Site wardens very welcoming and hard working!! Facilities clean. Quiet site; birdsong plentiful; fox regular night visitor. Really great spot.
