Excellent site with friendly helpful wardens. Showers were a little dated but always clean and super hot and powerfull, brilliant after a long day in the hills. Great walking and mountain biking directly from the site. Good pub opposite, really no complaints and 2 weeks of great weather helped although I don't think the caravan club can take credit for that. No issues we're encountered regarding 'not being family friendly' and both our children were warmly received on their numerous visits to the shop for info or ice creams. If you like walking or mountain biking this is a great location but most attractions did require you to drive as public transport is limited.
