We stayed here in July for 2 nights as a stopover on our way down south. The site was immaculately clean and tidy and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had our dog with us and he really enjoyed the dog walking area, so many smells for him and it was lovely and clean with a bench to rest for us! The toilet block was clean and tidy but probably ready for a little bit of upgrading. Plenty of hot water to shower with separate dressing rooms.  The area itself is stunning with lots of walks and of course the Ffestiniog Railway only a short drive away. Not sure if we'd stay here for a longer period of time but would definitely return for a short break/stopover.
