Firstly, and most importantly a big than you to Debbie, Darren, Michelle, Ian & Jackie! What an amazing team. So friendly and helpful, and happy to spend a few minutes of their precious time chatting with people. What a fantastic job they all do in ensuring everyone has a great stay. The site is well presented with an abundance of bedding plants in full bloom to welcome you on site. The facilities, while older than some sites are well maintained and spotlessly clean. Again, a credit to the hard working team on site. The site is well positioned for Porthmadog, Ffestiniog and the surrounding villages and beaches. Betws-y-coed is a 30 minute drive away too! The village is beautiful and the water falls are well worth a visit. There is also a miniature railway that is superb too. Visit the coastal resort of Ciccieth, the beach has a dog friendly area as well as a dog free zone too, keeping everyone happy! Parking in the area is also really reasonable too! We have had a full week here before moving on to another site in Llanberis, but we ish we had booked a fortnight! We will be back next year for sure. Don’t miss out on this little hidden gem of a site!
