Good for families

Lovely site, with a couple of issues.

Good overall site, with friendly staff, which seems very popular with families. Due to lack of available pitches, we ended up on pitch 58. Despite the one way system, children constantly rode their bikes and scooters at high speed down the ramp beside us and up the adjacent ramp and vice versa. During our short stay, there were several close calls with cars and one child was hurt when a dog lead caught them around their neck as they were travelling too fast and didn't see a man (quite 'legally') walking down the slope with his dog on a lead. Other minor issues include: As mentioned by others, the toilet block is in need of a face lift and the key system is very, very annoying. The club book gives this site a gold wifi award, but we didn't have any signal (this could be due to the location of our pitch) The washing-areas, although undercover, are outside and can get a bit cold and wet.
