A two night stay
Fabulous site within walking distance of Coniston village and good dog friendly pubs. (The Ship Inn is the nearest pub about 15 mins walk and the new owners were very accommodating and friendly.)
The relief wardens on site were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. They offered some good advice for training my dog - hopefully I'll get to visit their site near Exmoor!
There is also access to the lakeside from the site with wonderful walks and spectacular views.
