As new motorhomes, on our first trip, we chose Dockray Meadow based on its location, size and facilities such as motorhome service points. The location is lovely and peaceful, and site kept extremely clean and tidy. The dog exercise field with agility equipment is a bonus too. On our arrival the warden explained the site and facilities in detail for us. We settled in on our chosen pitch. We had a refillable gas system fitted by the dealership prior to purchasing our motorhome, together with the plumbing for a standard bottle too. We presumed (perhaps naively) that they had filled it with LPG. They hadn't. So, when the gas ran out midway through cooking our tea, the warden very kindly came to our rescue with a standard bottle. A lovely stay, assisted by friendly and helpful wardens. Thank you!
