Location, location!
Location is everything for this site. Easy access to a beautiful sandy bay backed by huge sand dunes. The sunset from the beach is just breathtaking. We cycled to Dunnet Head and then The Castle of Mey via Scarfskerry on very quiet roads with again fantastic views. The wardens are very helpful, upbeat and always so cheerful. This is a well maintained and clean site with little added touches such as planters with herbs to help yourself. The food at the nearby hotel is also good.
