Good Location by A1
This site is in a very handy location just off the A1. Durham is easily accessible and, fortunately for us as it is why we were there, Chester Le Street is on the next junction up the A1 for the cricket. The wardens were, as usual on club sites, very helpful and the facilities were immaculate. The site is quite open, flat and pleasantly laid out. It is near the A1 but, frankly, we did not notice any undue road noise. Recommended.
