Heading to Poolsbrook next Sunday so thought we better test everything locally as, like most other people, not been out since end of September. Where better to go than our local site at Durham. Easy check in, wardens pleasant and managed to get a great pitch on far side. Yes, there is road noise, but it is right next to the A1. Toilet and sinks open with a 4 band system...in a bucket of Milton...band on hook when entering, band in bucket when leaving...simple enough!! Well only used once....no bands on hook and surprise surprise someone inside! Not the site’s fault..maybe some people think COVID-19 can’t touch them. Weather was amazing..everything working....looking forward to Poolsbrook next week..our first visit. Thanks Durham for helping get us sorted and our confidence back.
