Generally quiet and peaceful with no football being played on adjacent sports fields this visit, but a lot of planes coming into Edinburgh Airport cannot be ignored if you are on the north side of site. Normally we take our bikes to explore the city on an extensive set of cycle paths but on this September visit we chose not to take them after using the Club's bike lockers last time because of safety concerns.
