We stayed here for two nights recently so that we could break up a long an arduous journey and to see an old friend. The site was lovely nestled in idyllic rurality with a beautiful woodland interspersed with small lakes. The staff were friendly and helpful and I appreciated how lovely and quiet it was at this site. The staff were incredible when on our second night we had really masses of rain and we awoke to a mini flood in front of our van. The staff set to work and within half an hour the water had all gone, channelled elsewhere. Though there was no toilet/shower block the facilities were quite sufficient for us.
