Smashing site but a couple of drawbacks
Brilliant location this with moorland views, dog walks that would be difficult to beat, Haldon Forest Park with its walks, cyclepaths, bike hire, cafe and adventure play a mile away and a good restaurant/diner a short walk away. Its in the middle of Exeter Racecourse too, so if you want to go to the races then this is the place for you. Only downside is the road noise and nothing to protect you from the wind (its very exposed at the top of Telegraph Hill).
If that doesn't bother you then go for it!
