We loved it !!!!!

What a lovely site, reviews said it was peaceful and they were right.Very nice Wardens spotlessly clean. We had pitch no 29  right by the woods. Five minute walk up and across the field to the Two Sawyers Pub. Very dog friendly and very good food and drink. Across the lane from the site entrance another lovely wood full of Wood anenomes and Bluebells, so pretty. Walked the five miles into Hastings, very strenuous. We have  a Motorhome so only walk but if you have a car would suggest you drive to Fairlight car park and walk from there. Coastguard Tearoom is very good. Unfortunately there was a landslide just before the last hill into Hastings and we had to scramble over it which was quite tricky, but we made it. We also walked down to Pett Level ( another steep hill) turned left into the village and right at the Smugglers Pub up onto the beach.  Lovely stretch of beach. We were so lucky with the weather but would definately return to this site
