The only complaint was the warden insisting he inspected my van conversion before he let me in. This van has been registered on the web site for at least 3 years, have been asked the questions before but never asked to prove it is suitable for the caravan club. It was embarrassing to say the least to be forced to open up, it begs the question, what would he have done if I had refused , turned me away even though I had booked vie the website. Not a frequent user but have been a member since the early 1990s except for a couple of years after my wife passed away in 2004, I have owned 5 new motor homes all large top of the range, but now find a smaller van conversion designed by myself much better for my needs, If the caravan club insists on new 100,00 vans then they will loose out, I don't intend to go down that road again. As you may guess I am a bit upset to receive that sort of reception on arriving on site.
