Great base for walking…
We’ve just come back from six nights on the site. Can’t fault it, clean facilities, helpful owners. Worked well for us as a base for some beautiful walks in the area.
You can walk down to the Rhug farm shop in a few minutes, if you can afford their prices, or a five minute drive into Corwen, where there are eating places and a little bit of history.
The pub to eat at though is The Grouse Inn at Carrog, the other side of Corwen. Views over the River Dee, and good honest pub grub.
