A unique site set in a small quite village where time seems to have stood still (thankfully) .eating places are few and far between but fortunately within 5 mins walk there is a very good pub boasting a good menu served efficiently by very friendly staff. Well used by tourists and locals so recommend you book to make sure of a table. The wardens, (Anne and Martin) deserve an extra special mention for being the perfect example of friendly and helpful hosts. Rigg Bay has an excellent beach accessible through Galloway House gardens. Go once and you will return again to this peacefull site.
