Overcrowded

Having stayed at this site before and thoroughly enjoyed it this time thought that the units were jammed in tighter than ever. We stayed on pitch 42 for 2 weeks from 25th September. When we arrived not much choice of pitches. The pitch we chose was with awning and the awning space had no grass on it whatsoever. The rain caused our pitch to become completely waterlogged and not useable. The units were packed in. Would I stay here again possibly if there were hard standing pitches.

I entirely agree with YLF we were there in Sept 2021 I had a problem getting a pitch when we did packed like Sardines we have a motorhome  I wound out the Awning almost touching the next Gents car we were on 119. on pitches 108/109 there was large motorhomes/RV'S Over 10mtrs with Large Awnings. Very unfair I understand these were saved for larger RV'S.   Also very overpriced.

It clearly states its on grass so why book if you want hard standing. As for the price yes its not cheap but you vote with your feet , go elsewhere. As for the size of pitches they are marked out so you stay within your pitch . If the club allow large RVs why is it unfair , they pay for a pitch the same as the rest of us.The site is in a superb location .
