GREAT

Loved our stay since our last trip 7 years ago, well kept and facilities are top notch. Still seeing members leaving showers without cleaning and the 3 I saw were old gentlemen come on so simple to clean up after yourselves don't be lazy I make my kids do it

another great site

This is an example of another great CC site, spotlessly clean, helpful wardens and great facilities! the only thing is I wish they had more hard standing pitches, I think we had the last one on our arrival as I'm not keen to stay on grass really...

we had never been to the Gower before, and will be returning, the beach at three cliffs bay and Rhossili are just unbelievable and you must make sure you go there!

The site is easy to get to off the road network, but beware from how you approach as two narrow bridges on the way in make it interesting, but one is certainly easier than the other. Follow the club site directions and you will be fine - I made the mistake of listening to my satnav!  The weather was amazing which helped and the people onsite were friendly as you normally find on club sites.

We will certainly be back and wish we had been here sooner..  Enjoy your stay, you won't be disappointed

wonderful site

We only stayed one night at Gowerton but wish we had had longer. It is all that we have come to expect of a Caravan club site. Everything was neat and clean and the staff very helpful. It was well laid out, and we loved the Information hut with details of walks, transport, eating out and even church services. We also loved the Trail for children, and regretted that we didn't have any children with us! The Shower blocks were wonderful, warm inside with a shower adapted for disabled, and a room set aside for families with babies/small children, and all spotlessly clean. As Campervan owners, the downside for us was the location, as good walks leading directly off the site were few, and there was no scenic view, but for caravan owners happy to use their car, the site is a good centre for many of the South Wales "attractions". We would recommend the Wetlands Centre, just 5 minutes away - lots for children to do, mostly wheel-chair accessible, and well worth a visit.

Week stay in July 2015

We had an enjoyable stay even though the weather was miserable first couple of days. The staff very friendly and the site was very clean . Amenities were excellent and the shower block very clean . A lovely walk close to the site for dog walkers . Beaches very close by especially Oxwich which was about a 30 minute drive in the motor home. Harvester within a mile. We ordered an Indisn takeaway and it was lovely. Fish and Chip shop in Gowerton lovely. We would definitely revisit.

A great 2 weeks at the Gower

Just spent 2 weeks at the Gower for the first time and I have to say of all the good sites I have been on this has got to be my favourite, the wardens Paul Anne and other staff were so helpful, and nothing to much trouble, the toilets are always clean and the grassed areas are always tidy, Do not miss the site seeing around and about the Gower their is some stunning views, along with some very narrow roads to the beaches. We will be back again soon I hope

The Gem of the Gower Coast!

A very warm welcome awaits at the Gowerton Site. The staff are so very helpful and friendly and the site itself is absolutely spotless.    The location is such, that any of the wonderful beaches that abound in the area, are all within easy reach. For people wishing to visit Swansea or Llanelli, there are buses or Park and Ride facilities nearby. Thanks to all the staff for making our break a truly great one!
