Stayed her at the end of July 19, and the site was full but you would never have guessed it. We had one of the grass pitches where it was firm underfoot and plenty of space. The staff were really helpful especially as we arrived very late due to the inevitable delays on the M4. They saw us to our pitch and made sure we knew where everything was. Even at the end of July the site did not seem busy. There was only one morning that my wife had to wait to get a shower. The facilities were all clean with plenty of hot water. We were travelling with another couple but we saw plenty of younger families. There is plenty of space for kids to cycle around or play ball games without being on top of others. The site is well positioned for exploring the Gower, with nearly everywhere within 40 mins. We go to Rhossilli Bay within 25-30 mins....and you have to go to Rhossilli as it lives up to its reputation of one of the nicest beaches in the UK. Free parking if you are a National Trust member!! You are also only 20 mins from Three Cliffs Bay - another beautiful place. We will be going back to the site as there is more to do around the coast that we didn't this time and the site was great.
