Having booked the site and then read the reviews we were a bit concerned as to what we would find - we should not have worried. We received a warm welcome and given a choice of pitches, not much choice but the site was busy. We were next to the exit barrier but that did not cause any problems, we had a lovely patch of grass to the side and back of the pitch where we could get sun or shade whatever we wanted. The shower block was spotless and the other facilities clean and tidy. Our only negative point was that a couple opposite had visitors and the children were a bit noisy, I have grandchildren so normally children do not bother us, this was not the fault of the staff and at least they left at 8pm and peace was resumed. We would certainly go again.
