Just stayed at Haycraft for a few days. Nice site in a lovely area, very convenient for Sawnage & Studland beaches. Some improvements have been made since last year, some toilet block refurbishment has been done. Some grounds maintenance is needed. Grassed areas & shrubs etc need need some work and the warden was tackling this when we were there. I am not in favour of pitch allocation but something needs to be done at this site. Small camper vans were occupying the large pitches on the upper level, whilst large caravans staying for the week with awnings, were on small pitches with our cars half in the road. Dog owners be aware that only half of the "dog areas" shown on the site plan are available. Still adequate but not as shown.
