Overpriced for such unlevel pitches
Been to many places over the last 3 years caravanning and I have to say that lots of our friends recommended this site but for the life of me, I cannot understand why.
The staff were off with us from the start, we arrived at 1:15pm, so after the start time, and we struggled to find a pitch, we tried 3 before finding one that caravan would sit level on and when we went back nearly 3 hours later got a snarl from the lady on reception as we’d taken ages. The people we spoke to all bar one had levelling issues, self levelling caravan near us, just could not get itself level and we’re very stressed, as we’re we when we arrived. Not a good way to start a holiday.
The nearest toilet block to us was cramped and you couldn’t you’d not sit on the toilet wi TV out banging your arm on the toilet roll dispenser.
The his site is one I most definitely will not be coking back to.
Excellent site if your near the bottom end.
Excellent site and was so pleased we stayed bottom end. After taking a walk up the top end of the camp to see if I could get a signal on my phone. Walked up there a couple of times, only to find dogs running wild and fire pits alight which I was to believe was not allowed. Also it's far more noisy up the top end and states no noise after 10pm. The speed limit stated 5mph but some people just dont follow the rules and drive alot faster. The phone and wifi signal for EE and 02 was nil and could not get a signal anywhere on the site. The staff work very hard and always helpful. They keep the site spotless. The dog shower is an excellent idea but it's only cold water so not many people used it. The showers, washing up area and laundry room are always spotless no matter what time of day you visit them. We had 2 weeks here and loved every min of it. A big thank you to all the staff for all there hard work.
Avoid at all costs especially in a crisis
I was unlucky enough to become I’ll during my holiday at this site. From day one I never found staff particularly engaging and for the record if you have a crisis you are on your own’ I have never been so let down or had such bad feeling for the way I was treated by staff and management. Looking at trip advisor I am not alone.
My advice is although this is a lovely location I would dearly love to revisit I will not go near it while the current management is in place. Although you will read good reviews I can only tell you that if you have a problem don’t expect constructive help from couldn’t care less staff who follow a tick box regime with no room for empathy or common sense. Very despondent about advice and attitude this is definitely a place to avoid!

Wonderful weekend on lovely site
We have just spent a wonderful weekend on this site. I love that the pitches are all over the place and not just in a straight line. Lovely with all the trees and little secluded pitches.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and everywhere was clean and tidy.
Lots of lovely walks and cycling from the site. A lovely walk down to the beach and really good that part of the beach is always accessible to 🐶 dogs.
I know it does say that wifi signal not good, but it’s very bad which put my husband off a bit as he’s self employed and had hoped to do some work on his laptop. I would hope that maybe the club could invest on better wifi.
Even so I think that we will definitely be back as such a lovely site in a wonderful part of the country.
Great site looking tired
We love this site and have been coming for 11 years.The wardens are friendly and we actually quite enjoy trying to level up the van which seems to be the bug bear of most who comment. The showers and toilets are now looking tired and outdated with most showing evidence of rust and plating coming off.The large bins are great but no bins on the middle of the first entrance means dragging stuff another 100 yards down the hill .The road into the park which I believe is the responsibility of the golf course but it's getting that uneven it will start to damage vans and vehicles.surely the golf club and caravan club can get together and sort a maintenance plan out together.All in all we enjoyed our stay but it seems to be getting a bit dog eared.

In need of improvement
Excellent staff and location. Experience is marred by overcrowding on grass pitches that are nearly all uneven. On such a large popular and presumably lucrative site why is there no attempt at making more level pitches and breaking up the rows of pitches with no breaks between them. It looks more like a pop up festival site than the quality site the ever increasing club prices are suggesting.
Major problem is the almost inaccessible waste point at the MSPs if you are in anything over a metre wide.

A few improvements needed.
We stayed here for 6 nights, on our umpteenth visit to this lovely placed site. The wardens are excellent, and gave us a very friendly and happy welcome. We knew where we wanted to pitch, as we had used the same area of the site previously. We have 2 dogs, and need to be able to access the public footpath, which runs through the centre of the site, because, sadly dog walking is frowned upon, on the site itself. Although the site is big, unless you are able to get a pitch near to the entrance or exit or this public footpath, it is really not easy to control a dogs need to go to the loo. Other sites that we have visited, have dog pit stops, and Inclebro could easily incorporate a few of these around the large site. Many members are elderly, and not necessarily, able to sprint off site with a desperate dog. There are plenty of poo bins around the site, so it is obvious that the club is aware of the need for dog facilities.
The pitches themselves, really are needing to be levelled more. There are very few that are level , both front to back and side to side. It would be so easy for the club to level 20 pitches a year, they do not need to necessarily be hard standing, just level without the need for ramps etc and the chance of someone falling out of a van that is too high off the ground.
The facilities blocks are normal CAMC standard. There are 4 on this site, and all could do with a bit of updating. They are all kept very clean, but are starting to show their age.
We do not understand the new CAMC policy of only having waste bins at the toilet blocks. During our stay we were aware of many people driving up to the facilities building to use the bins. If the little tractor and trailer came round and emptied the bins, as before, at all service points, it would be far less intrusive to members pitched near to the facility blocks, and the footprint would be less, imo.
This is still an excellent site, in a fantastic location, and we will be returning in the future, as long as we can afford to with the ever increasing site fees!
overpriced
I think £174 for 4 nights on an unlevel grass pitch is overpriced, the children's play area is very poor. Close to Sheringham and Cromer.
First visit to this site
First time on this site and was very impressed, the staff were very helpful and polite from booking in to booking out. The site is very well kept and looked after keeping the grass, bushes and other shrubs and trees in order. The toilet and shower facilities were immaculate, cleaned every day, a credit to all the staff, thank you for a very enjoyable week, will be visiting again in the near future,
