Not our favourite type of site
This is really down to personal preferences so not a criticism of the site or wardens. Although it’s called Kendal caravan site it’s located miles from town in the middle of a heavily wooded area. Therefore sunbathing, if it ever makes an appearance is a hit or a miss. You really need to plan ahead if you want to stay here and make sure you have all your supplies beforehand or else pack everything away (motorhomes) and drive to town. The toilet facilities were spotless and the wardens polite and friendly.
