As another reviewer stated the approach road is very narrow which has a few large pot holes and no passing places. Local fishermen park their cars on the road making it more difficult to navigate. We did meet a large motorhome coming the opposite way and reversing was a nightmare. The site itself is set in the middle of a wood with some very steep hills and fairly narrow roads. Good choice of pitches but quite a few are fairly small compared to other sites. Quite dark at night due to the trees and on the way back from the toilet I managed to get totally lost. Facilities were top notch and the wardens were helpful and friendly. But we didn't really enjoy the site. Stayed at Troutbeck club site only 24 miles away and found it far better
