Good for families

First time in Chirk

Another good CC site handy for the town centre ( 20 mins ) . Plenty of dog walks and 2 dog friendly pubs to choose from . The walk over the aquaduct is spectacular with footpaths going for miles . Play area is small so kids might struggle for things to do . Train station is 10 mins walk away with Chester one way and Qswestry the other . All in all a pleasant stay .

irsttripotinorcaravanfirsttimeonacaravanparkImstsayIreallyenjoyedstayingatthissiteeveryonewasveryhelpflandthewardencoldntdoenoghtohelpeventhoghwedidntgettothesitentilpmontheridaythewardenstilltookthetimetoexplaintheinsandotsofthesite...veryhelpflforsomeonethathasneverdoneanythinglikethisbefore...ThesitewasverycleanthetoiletblockwascleanandlookoktomebtasIhaventeverseenanyoftheothersitesbeforeIcantcommentifitisrndownornotasitdideverythingIneededitfortheshowerswerehotnotthebestIhaveeversedbtverysable.IdoflikedanypitchonthissiteafterwalkingronditIdidntseeapartIdidntlike.ThewalksarondtheareaweallenjoyedthecastlewalkwasverynicefromthesitethecanalwalktoTrevorbasinwasagoodlongwalkthetnnelsweregoodbtverydarktakeatorchtomakeiteasieralthoghmyyearolddaghterenjoyedbeingscaredinthemandfonditveryentertaining.Wewilldefinitelysethissiteformanymoreweekendsawayasitisonlyand/horsaway...andabonsitsopenallyearrond.Thekidsplayareawellitsnotthebestbtallthekidsdidseemtomeetparondthatandthengooffandplayarondthesiteverynicetoseekidsplayingotsideandmakingfriends.
