Visited last year and it was great. This time was awful. Toilets were dirty, showers need updating so as you can alter the water temperature like the sinks. Water was too hot to be comfortable. A small shelf in the shower cubicles or a chair would be beneficial as there is no where to put yr toiletries except on the floor and due to osteoarthritis i have difficulty bending down. Drinks & food at the coffee shop were luke warm, staff attitide was unhelpful & unfriendly when we asked them to re-heat it. Safety - lots of unsupervised kids on bikes & scooters zooming around the roadway and just leaving them abandoned in the road so not safe for them or drivers. No wifi, asked twice about it and was told its works on "radar" and our pitch was in the worst area for reception. Absolutely awful and will not be returning. If you are going to charge high fees then at least make sure your site is worth the cost and staff need to be friendly & welcoming not miserable & unhelpful..
