Well slightly apprehensive and nervous about our first time out on the road with a caravan we soon felt at ease on arrival at the lovely Lucksall Caravan Club. The staff were very friendly and helpful (as were the other guests at the site, especially our neighbours who happily gave us advice on what the heck we were meant to be doing :-) We were on pitch 9, a grass pitch looking out onto the river...beautiful. The toilet blocks were plentiful, clean and very well looked after and everything was easy to find on site. The shop and restaurant were very good value and the food was lovely (also looking out onto the river) We will definitely be back (with fishing rods next time) Thank you for a lovely stay.
