We stayed 4 nights on this lovely site. We were met at the gate by the friendly staff and were allowed to choose our pitch from several that were available. We were given very helpful information on the area. We enjoyed a walk in nearby Lydford Gorge, a cycle ride along the Granite Way to Oakhampton and a walk up Brat Tor all within walking distance from the site. We were advised that wireless reception was best available from the laundry room which had a seating area but we found we had good reception from our pitch. The toilets and showers were immaculately clean and the view over Dartmoor was fantastic. This site was one of our favourite sites for a short break and the staff are second to none. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet with walking and cycling easily accessible from site.
