We stayed for 5 nights. Pitches vary in size and many aren’t level. All Covid precautions in place. I had read through the reviews before we made the booking but hadn’t realised how remote this site is, especially if staying in a Motorhome with no tow-car. Walking was mainly on narrow roads, they weren’t too busy, but not ideal. The sand/beach at Grange has danger warnings as there is a lot of mud and sinking sand. Not really suitable for walking on. We walked to the Derby pub and had a couple of drinks. Food looked good and staff and locals were all very friendly. It was around 3 miles distance to anywhere, so it was a good 6 mile round trip to walk anywhere. Am sure if you had bikes or were in a caravan you would be fine, but wasn’t really what we expected after reading all the positive posts.
