Meathop Fell - July 2022
We used this site as a one night stop over and it provided easy access off junction 36 on the M6.
Check-in was easy, and we were happy being pitched in the tarmac area (perhaps not so if we had been staying longer).
Small enclosed dog walk and a larger field available, which was great.
Toilets spotless.
Woodlands Hotel is a 5 minute walk and we booked in there for our evening meal, dogs are allowed in the conservatory. Meal was lovely, they also do takeaway.
Would use again as a stopover
