This is our first time visiting the site and we were very pleased with how it compared to the description online. Looking at other reviews, we had no issues with the staff or facilities which were up to the standard that we expect on CAMC sites. Access to the beach was easy and the area is great for cycling due to the relatively remote location - quiet roads. The site was pretty busy, when we were looking round, some of the free pitches were quite sloped and the ground is rocky so good pegs are required if you've got an awning. We managed to find a pitch that had a view east and watching the sunrise was great. We've not had an issue with our electric and have been here 5 days. We will definitely becoming again (despite the 340 mile trip to get here for us) and would love to come in the winter if it was open all year.
