Room with a view
This was a pretty large campsite but had the advantage of offering pitches with views, pitches with privacy or pitches with a bit of both. The pitches on the front, whilst enjoying uninterrupted views were more open to the elements and any movement on site. We chose a pitch at the back of the site where they are quieter and largely screened by gorse bushes. To the front of our pitch was an open area of wildflowers leading up to the hillside. It was idyllic.
