We recently spent ten days at this excellent Site. The staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient. The facilities, which are perhaps looking a little tired - but perfectly adequate, are maintained very well and in our experience are kept very clean and tidy. There is a relaxed atmosphere and wonderful sea views and walks along the coast directly from the Site. I would suggest there is not a lot of interest for those with young families : the beach is generally not sandy and places to visit require a vehicle to reach. But ….. and I say this as a dog owner, many people staying did not keep their dogs on leads when being exercised or tethered next to the pitch when sitting outside. As a result we and others were pestered by wandering canines when walking our dog or sitting outside or in even in our awning. As I have said this is a friendly, relaxed Site with good staff but perhaps their style of management is a little too hands off. However, we will certainly return to New England Bay.
