Magic

What an amazing place to stay.  Ideally located for exploring the west coast of Scotland and the Isle of Mull. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful and the facilities are excellent, including the shop which is very well stocked with general provisions. However, it is the outlook that takes the breath away, especially the sunsets, with views out to the inner Hebrides and Mull in particular.  Easy access to the beach, sea birds and waders, together with sightings of the various CalMac ferries sailing in the distance and come night fall the distant winking of lighthouses and a sky full of stars. Sounds perfect?  Well yes, it really is a wonderful place to stay.  However, when the wind blows, it really blows! And when it rains it really rains - but that's Scottish weather on the north west coast and hardly the fault of the campsite! We stayed in late September and it was magical.  We'd most certainly visit again but might think twice about erecting our awning. From the south of England it's a long way to go, this said, it's worth every mile and very hard to drag oneself away again!
