We have visited Old Hartley on a number of occasions now and it delivers on so many fronts.. The location is excellent for visiting many attractions, the local shopping is adequate and the takeaway establishments are some of the best we have found in the country !!! yes I don't say that lightly.. The beaches are some of the best in the atea. As always the wardens are excellent on our sites but the wardens on duty over the Easter period were without doubt the best we have ever encountered, there was no hesitation on their part in dealing with boisterous children and members ignoring the one way system and nothing was too much bother to them.
