Living only forty miles away from Old Hartley it is our go to spot for short unplanned breaks when we need to chill out. What’s better than a visit to the seaside when you live in a rural area. Lovely views of St Mary’s lighthouse, a walk in to Whitley Bay for a bit of typical seaside nostalgia and Seaton Sluice beach in the other direction where you can discover the tranquil beach and dunes with your dog. Friendly, clean, well maintained site with everything you need on the doorstep…….it doesn’t get any better than that.
