We stayed here for 8 nights from 22 June for 8 nights and enjoyed our stay. The wardens were friendly and welcoming. There is no shop to speak of but there was a shop about 1 mile away. This site is more suited to adults as there were few facilities for children. We had pitch 36. We had several choices but picked this as advised by the wardens. There is a single toilet block which is starting to show its age but was very clean and fully functional. We normally only stay once at a caravan site but would happily visit here again. The train and some slight road noise was not a problem and quiet at weekends. Access to the site is very good. There is a pub within a few hundred metres but did not visit it
