We stayed for 5 nights 16 -21 July A small site but quite open, we had a pitch in the middle, it was very hot when we stayed, with very little shade,the dog walk very small but the river a bonus and the Dog loved a splash to cool off. The grounds are very well maintained and so are all the facilities,the showers a little old,but worked very well and very clean. A little disappointed on arrival no flowers at reception,CC sites always make an effort. come on Pandy, don't let the side down. As for the trains, well they can be annoying especially when the freight trains go through,quiet at the weekend but Mon - Wed they were running to very late in the evening. In all we would stay again,as a stop over.
