Not so quiet weekend
My wife and I and our labrador had a relaxing weekend here over the August Bank Holiday. The wardens are very friendly and welcoming and they keep the site in spotless condition. Whilst the location is ideal if you like walking or have transport. We chose not to drive away from our awning in campervan. The site is bordered by a busy goods railway line and there were a lot of barking dogs. Also there is only 1 pub in walking distance and nowhere else to shop nearby.
