A pleasant few days
This site is adjacent to Poolsbrook Country Park and the Trans-Pennine trail which is ideal for those with pets or for families with children.
The pitch was level and the site had a good ‘open’ feel to it. The shower/toilet block was very modern and spotlessly clean.
Buses ran from the Country Park - during our stay we visited Chesterfield and Bolsover Castle.
The wardens were always pleasant and worked hard to keep the site in top order.
