A lovely site and great views across the fields, very peaceful. The lane down to site is very narrow as stated, but if you take care it’s fine. We were there for 12days end of June and very hot, but plenty of shade on site, usual top class facilities, very clean and well maintained, massive big dog field. Wardens all very friendly and helpful. Wonderful area, Stoke Gabriel a cute village and small harbour, great for kids crabbing, can walk down along lanes, but uphill coming back. Bus at exit gate into Paignton, very handy. We we went on the steam train from Paignton to Dartmouth and a harbour cruise on a paddle steamer, a lovely day out. Totnes was our favourite town, lots of good quality shops and cafes. Goodrington Sands a lovely sandy bay. Brixham a nice harbour town. Just one gripe, the main roads are very busy and lots of road works, dread to think what it’s going to be like in high season. But all in all a lovely stay, wont say we will be back as it’s a very long way for us. Thanks to all at Ramslade
