A great 7 night stay.

Stayed hear for 7 nights and can honestly say we can not really fault this site. Wardens very welcoming, we chose our pitch near to the toilet & shower block, water & waste just behind us and all very clean and tidy, and yes we could hear the traffic from the very busy main road but after a couple of days it did not bother us. Lidl,s and a few other shops just across road from entrance are very handy as well as Sainsbury & Tesco further down the main road. All in all we,ve had a very pleasent stay here and would highly recomend this site.

Lovely site - Poor bus service

Wardens friendly and very welcoming, attractive site and well set out. We pitched on the far side away from the road and had no trouble with road noise. We chose the site because there was a bus stop nearby but were very disappointed to find the bus service from this stop was very poor. We ended up driving to Burstead parking up and catching the very frequent Coastliner service. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay at Rowan Park

Excellent site

Very warm welcome wardens very helpful as very first stay only bought van in Jan, amenities superb kept spotless only slight downside pitched next to main road and at night traffic noise was quite noticeable, so if staying again would want to pitch other side of site, another plus is just across the road are Lidl Halfords McDonalds Kfc what more could you want!!

A lovely stay.

A lovely site with good clean facilities along with excellent hard pitch, with easy access. Staff very helpful, our children loved riding around on their bikes making friends with other children. Overall a lovely stay and will no doubt return again soon.

Exploration Base

Rowan Park did everything it says on the tin. Overall I was very pleased with the site, the staff were helpful and always willing to please. As I was exploring the region this was a fine base.   Criticisms:1.The entrance sign is set well back from the road and so I missed it first time round. 2. The road noise is unfortunately continuous more so from motor bikes racing late at night.

First time at Rowan Park

Delightful site surrounded by trees. The staff are very friendly, the facilities are first class and outstandingly clean. Excellent dog walk adjacent to the site and a “Lidl” store is only across the road. Would recommend it to anyone.
