We arrived at the site on Thursday for a one night stay in our MH. Decided to pitch at top end as next to gated access to Downs Link path for easy walking of our dogs. Realised after pitching that industrial business park was directly adjacent to us & only metres away. There was some noise (as mentioned in the write up) - mainly from lorries & forklift trucks, but as we planned to be out for the afternoon it didn`t really bother us so we didn`t move. Sadly the bleeping of reversing forklifts & engine noise started at 5.00 am in the morning & woke us up. The site is quite strung out - being an old railway station - so pitches nearer the entrance may not hear the noise. Otherwise the site was great with friendly, helpful wardens & T.V reception was fine for us - easily picked up the London signal.
